Paste Special in HTML Formatted E-mails

J

Jerry Pacemaker

Hi all,

The Paste Special command is disabled in e-mails formatted in HTML. Can you
ask if:
1. This is normal and if there is any way to enable it.
2. If there is any macro that can get around this.

If I copy out of a PDF or other formatted document, I need to paste into
Notepad and then copy again and paste in Outlook or paste and then chance
the formatting (pain in the arse, obviously).

Outlook XP SP3.

Thanks in advance.

You can do this when you set Word to be your e-mail editor;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format
