Paste Special only has two options

After capturing part of the screen using Snag-it, I went to Paste Special to
paste it into a word document. In the Paste Special dialog box I am only
given two options - bitmap and device independent bitmap. I could have
sworn that in the past I have had more options available - such as .png,
metafile, jpeg, etc...

Any idea on why the those other options no longer appear? Did I accidently
change something somewhere?

I am using Word 2003.

Instead of pasting from SnagIt, save the capture in any file format you
want, then use Insert | Picture | From File to insert it.

Thank you for the work around. I was actually curious as to why the other
formats disappeared as options from the Paste Special menu. They used to be
to be there - it was a lot quicker to use the paste special function as
opposed to capturing it, saving it and then inserting it as a file.

To be clear, this is not a "workaround"; it is the way SnagIt is intended to
be used: to create graphics files.

Or you could simply copy from the Snagit editor CTRL+C and paste CTRL+V
