paste two graphs in Word table cells

How could I paste 2 Excel graphs in Word table cells like
twins? They have different height and width. I would like
to make Y axis of both graphs same height. (X categories
are text and that makes each Y axis height different.)

How could I scale Charts and measure its size in Excel?
