I have been using excel for quite sometime and when when working on 2 worksheets i normally copy and paste special as a picture which has been working fine for ages. All of a sudden when i paste special i get a new value box appearing with a load of values including all, formats, values, format, comments, skip blanks transpose etc etc. But there is no way i can paste as a picture.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kind Regards

The structure & options of the Paste Special dialog will vary depending on
what has been copied & where it was copied from. When copying Excel data
(selecting & copying a range of cells) the dialog you're seeing now is what
you 'should have' been seeing all along. OTOH, If you copy charts or other
objects it should produce a different dialog with a list of choices, if
copying from a Word document or other program it produces the same dialog
but the choices in the list will be somewhat different.

When copying from <-> to Excel hold Shift while you click the Edit menu,
then select Paste As Picture.
