"Pasted From" does not show, despite "Include Link to Source" tick

The "pasted from" links no longer appear, despite the option "Include Link to
Source" being selected. I have selected, deselected and reselected this
option without coercing the program to behave as it used to do.

I used the transfer settings wizard when setting up my new computer (the old
machine was showing this problem) and One Note has refused to paste these
links from the start on this new machine.

What else could be wrong?

Just a guess, but you are using Internet Explorer, right?

Have you tried doing a Detect and Repair (Help menu) on OneNote?
