Pasted object won't stay visable in XP

I have a problem that is driving me nuts. I just installed
Office XP on my windows 2000 system. Whenever I paste
something into an Office document, then click on something
else like my IE, when I go back to the office doc, the
pasted object is not showing, but it is still there. I can
click on it and see the border and if I print it, the
object shows up on the print, but when I am looking at the
doc, it is not visibly there. I have had this problem
using both Word and Power Point. Please advise.

Try updating your video drivers and changing hardware acceleration.
Instrux for that at http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00129.htm
