pasted Option Group not working

Two split Access 2007 databases. On one, I added an Option group to the form
and a couple corresponding fields to the bottom, which works fine. I then
copied & pasted the Form to the second database, and went into the table,
adding identical fields. But the option group won't work on the second one.
Everything I've check is the same, code, properties, etc. Any suggestions?
