Pasted or dragged images appear as incomplete boxes

Using Word 2004 v.11, G4 2x1GHz, 1.5GB RAM

When I insert (paste, dragged, or inserted via menu) a picture (jpeg or
tiff), word only shows the very bottom of the picture. The rest is cut off.
If I select that bottom part, it shows the outline of the picture. This is
not the placeholder preference issue though. It is turned off.

Hi Ari,

Go to Format> Paragraph and change the Line Spacing setting to Single or to
At Least ....
