PASTED SCRAP???

HI IVE COPY PASTED A PICTURE FROM WORD TO MY PICTURE BY SIMPLY RIGHT CLICKING
ON THE PICTURE THEN COPY. BUT WHEN I PASTED IT TO MY PICTURES FOLDER IT
PASTED A TYPE OF "SCRAP OBJECT" WELL IT DOES SHOWS THE PICTURE BUT IT OPENS
MICROSOFT WORD FIRST BEFORE IT SHOWS IT.

THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE AS I USED TO JUST COPY PASTE PCITURES
FROM WORD TO MY PICTURES FOLDER FINE BEFORE. (FINE MEANING THE PICTURE IS IN
BITMAP IMAGE AND USED TO OPEN WITH MICROSOFT PICTURE MANAGER) THE PICTURE IVE
PASTED HAS A SCRAP.SHS FILE FORMAT HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASTED PICTURES FROM
WORD TO MY PICTURES FOLDER INTO A BITMAP FILE FORMAT??

IM USING A WINDOWS XP AND A MICROSOFT OFFICE 2003.

IM WILLING TO TAKE ANY POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS.

Hi,

Before suggesting anything to help with this question, please try to avoid
using all-caps in your posts. When everything is in capitals, it makes your
post much more difficult to read and much harder to make sense of what you
are asking. It is also usually used to shout at people in an email, which is
considered quite rude.

To possibly help with your picture problem, I have had great succes by first
copying and pasting the picture to a power point slide, then right clicking
the image in power point and choosing "save as picture" from the menu.
