Pastel Accounting sending emails trough OUtlook 2003

Our company uses Pastel Accounting for our monthly billing and statements.
With every invoice and statement, we are asked if Pastel must be allowed to
send mail. Is there a fix for this? In Outlook Express there is an option to
allow 3rd party programs to send out mail, but I cannot find it outlook

Ideally, your application vendor should update their code to avoid security prompts. It's not like this is a new issue; these Outlook security restrictions have been in place for nearly 7 years, more than enough time for the vendor to adapt.
