Pastespecial values between different Excel sessions...HOW?

Hi folks.

One more question.
How do I paste values into cells in one workbook from another - when
the two workbooks is startet in different Excel instances/sessions. I
can not make it work. Formatting is pasted even though I select paste
values?

No, but now I've tried - I see the result. In the meantime I found out
that pasting as "text" works as paste "value" when 2 instances is up.
