Pasting a clipboard into existing (and opened) word document

Hello,
Please guys help me, because I'm bit lost and I'm struggling with it
for quite some time already.
In Excel VBA I would like to paste a stuff from Excel eg chart that
sits in my clipboard into already opened Word document.
I know how to past it into new one, or open existing one and paste it
in there, it's not a problem whatsoever.
I know as well how to check that my desired word document is already
opened, but I am not able to paste in there, because i don't know how
to assign a particular instance of word to my VBA object!!!
please help me!!!
