pasting an Adobe Illustrator Object into Visio causes an 18% enlargement

Hi,

I'm using Illustrator to create some basic items which I want to
paste into Visio to use as a stencil. I'm finding that when I paste
into Visio, the object get enlarged by about 18%. When I cut and paste
from Visio to Illustrator there is no problem. Has anybody encountered
this issue or know of any workarounds?
