Hi,
When I cut and paste in Powerpoint the font jumps up to 24 pt even though
what I am pasting from(two sentences above) and to is 10 pt.

How do I stop paste changing my font?

Thanks
Kieran

You've landed in the Microsoft Project group. Best to ask in the
PowerPoint newsgroup.

That being said, when you paste in PowerPoint (or any Office program), a
good habit to get into is the menu: Edit/Paste special and then you
control how the clipboard gets inserted. the way you are doing it now
is simply using the default setting (which is not the way you want).
Take control--Menu: Edit/Paste Special and pick what you want.

Hi Kieran,
PowerPoint adjusts unfortunately the fonts to the slide defaults when
pasting text. To avoid this cut-n-paste the MSP infrmation (gantt,
resource, etc.) as bitmap.
Have fun, cheers
Michael
