Pasting into Entourage and resizing

I'm asking this on behalf of a "switcher". He is use to copying a section of
a Excel spreadsheet and "Paste as Picture" into Entourage. All good on this
so far.

He claims to be able to adjust the size of the spreadsheet within Outlook by
pulling on the corner of the spreadsheet. Apparently it becomes an object
when pasted into Outlook. Tried in Entourage and cant seem to adjust size.
Is there a way to do this? Thanks.
