Pasting just the text without attributes

I've noticed that mostly when I paste text that I've cut from elsewhere into
a Word document, I want to paste just the text and not the attributes.

As I do quite a bit of this, it's a real nuisance to have to bring up the
Paste Special dialog and select Unformatted Text every time.

Is there a way I can set this as the default Paste mode or set a preference
in the paragraph style of the target document, so that the attributes of the
target document are mainatined?

You can use a macro from a toolbar button or menu command

Sub PasteUnfText()
Selection.PasteSpecial DataType:=wdPasteText, Placement:= _
wdInLine
