Pasting (or "overlaying") a sheet of formulae on a sheet of data

Hello, all.

Here's my problem:

I have a workbook with two sheets. Both sheets "look" the same, i.e.
cell C5 in Sheet1 corresponds with cell C5 in Sheet2. Sheet1 contains
only formulae. Sheet2 contains only data.

Is there a way I can "overlay" the formulae from Sheet1 on the data in
Sheet2?

I'm sure this doesn't make complete sense, please ask for specific
clarifications and I will provide as best I can.
