I'm pasting Visio drawings into Word 2003 using Paste Special and
selecting "Picture (Enhanced Metafile)" format. But the picture
aspect ratio always stretches the width and I have to manually resize
to put it back. But if I paste as a bitmap, the aspect ratio is
correct and the image fits the page. If I paste as Picture (Windows
Metafile), the aspect ratio is correct but the fonts are the wrong
size! AND, finally, if I paste as a visio object, not only is the
aspect ratio wrong but the image is sized bigger than the page. So
what I have to do is pasting as a bit map and checking the image size.
Then delete the bitmap and paste again as a Picture (Enhanced
Metafile) and manual resize with the "preserve asepect ratio box"
unchecked. This gets me to where I want but a lot of hoops to jump
through. How do I fix this to paste correctly the first time? I
didn't have this problem with Word 97. The computer is Windows 2000,
Word is 2003 (11.6359.6360) SP1, Visio is Standard 2002 SP-2
(10.0.5110).
