Pasting Pictures

When working in Word, I try to paste picture from
clipboard, I click to where I want picture, but the
picture is placed in another area. I have to drag it to
the place I want. How can I click and put pic in right
place. Plus if I have picture near top o0f page, yet still
in the writing place, the picture flips to top of page,
hard to get it into first line.

Jim,

Have you tried right clicking on the picture,
selecting "Format Object" and then the "Layout" tab to see
what type of layout it is in? It sounds like the picture
is floating and needs to be in the "in line with text"
layout option.
