Hello, above is a short video with my question. I'm trying to paste a portion of an excel spreadsheet into an email and retain the boxes that are in the original spreadsheet.

Thanks for your help,

Hello, above is a short video with my question. I'm trying to paste a portion
of an excel spreadsheet into an email and retain the boxes that are in the
original spreadsheet.

Copy in Excel and then use "Paste Special:paste as Picture" in Entourage.

Entourage cannot handle complex HTML. You might have to attach the
spreadsheet.

Thanks for this tip. I tried the Paste as Picture and it made the spreadsheet really large.

Oh well.

With your spreadsheet open: hold shift, command, 4

This enables you to click and drag over a selected area (any area of the
screen including a spreadsheet), and it takes a targeted screen shot. The
image is automatically placed on your desktop which may be moved into an
entourage mail message.
