Pasting Text Issues

Small Oganization, Large Business

In my business, I send reminders to clients of overdue invoices. The invoices
are emailed to clients to begin with, and I recieve a copy of each invoice in
my MS Outlook 2003 inbox.

In the past, I have been able to copy the invoice from the email and paste
it into MS Word 2003 without issue. The text is usually pasted onto one page
in normal fonts (11, 13 pt), just as it appears in the email, but without the
email header.

Lately, when I paste the information in, it pastes in bigger than usual, at
13pt and 17pt. The options I have don't work, and I'd like it to go back to
pasting normally, rather than enlarging it. The options I have right now are:
- expand the page margins and keep the extra large text, which looks
unprofesssional
- use the 'Styles and Formatting' tools and change all the sizes to
proper size, which takes too much time
- use the paste options, but that either eliminates important
formatting, or changes it all together.

Does anyone have any recommendations as to how to fix this? Thank you!
