Pasting to multiple rows

Hi

I am wondering if there is a way to copy the information
from on cell, then to select multiple cells to paste this
to.

So far I can do the copy and the selection of the cells I
want to paste too quickly, but the actual paste ends up
only in the top selected cell.

As this is a large database I'm really hoping you can help.

Access isn't a spreadsheet and does not allow this type of action.
