Pasting Unformated Text

I'm using O2003 and using Redemption. I have it working so I can
invoke the Paste Special dialog, however, it never actually pastes. I
need to select "Text" and click OK from the Paste Special dialog. Is
it possible to have Outlook automatically paste unformatted text? Is
there any sample code that someone can point me too?
