Pasting video hyperlinks

I need to be able to paste video hyperlinks into an Excel spreadsheet--NOT the URL, but the title of the video itself that will automatically link to the site. Can anyone tell me how to proceed?

You have to link to the URL ‹ that's the target needed by the link. The
title is just a label which means nothing. However, the content of the cell
containing the link can be whatever you want. Edit the Hyperlink Text which
you can do in the cell, in the Formula Bar or in the Edit Hyperlink dialog.
