Pasting

I have lost my ability to paste between office products.
I can still copy and paste with a certain product, but I
cannot go from one to another.

Clipboard does popup and the copied material displays on
clipboard but it will not paste elsewhere. Any
suggestions on what to look for?

Are both programs (copy from and paste to) both running
when you do the copy?

What version of Office and Windows?
