Pattern over multiple cells in a data Sheet

I have a data table made up of about 1000 cells containing 1, 0, or -1 as above.

I need to be able to find when there is a pattern of

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

All I can think of is an array formula/frequency but im not sure how to piece it together..

All done, I used a nested if and or statement. a really long one...
