Pause / Rewind / Fast Forward - Movie Clips

Just wondering if there is a way to add movie controls to movie clips?

I have an .avi file that I would like to be able to
pause/rewind/fast-forward during a slide show.

How can I do this?

PowerPoint 2002 (XP) and PowerPoint 2003 support Movie Actions. After you
insert a movie, right-click the movie shape and select "Custom Animation..."
menu item. In the "Custom Animation" task pane, click "Add Effect" button
and see your choices in the "Movie Actions" menu. There is a Pause effect
but no fast-forward or rewind.

Alternatively, you can use Windows Media Player on PowerPoint slides. This
will give you the whole set of movie controls that WMP supports. Look at the
