I have a number of WMVs and MPEGs inserted in a PPT. They were inserted to
play automatically and each slide is set for a 0 second advance. Each movie
also has a pause control set under animations (I didn't fuss with this at
all.)
Everything plays fine, but if I pause the movie using the mouse or space
bar, the slideshow will inexplicably start playing again on its own after a
a short period of time. And if I pause and restart it myself after a few
seconds, the slide will advance before that particular movie has actually
finished.
It is as though PPT is reading the length of time of the movie at the
beginning of a slide and regardless of what happens, advancing the slide
after that (even though each slide is definitely set for 0 seconds.)
Has anyone experienced this and are there any settings I can adjust so that
PPT will stay indefinitely on a movie that is paused?
Thanks in advance!
