pb Install/WSS+Project/Pack SP1 on SBS 2003 FRench

Hi. We are trying to install Project with Sharepoint on a SBS2003.
- WSS (companyweb) was running ok yet.
- project server 2003 is installed, seems OK, we use it Project web access
and Project Client
- we try to configure Windows SharePoint Services to use it in connection to
Project

Having some languages pb, we installed :

1.language pack French => ok
2.SP1 ENglish for Project S. 20003 => ok
3.Download SP1 for pack FR => ok
(ProjectServer2003MUI-KB837241-FullFile-FRA.exe from page :
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...FamilyID=4b292abb-5e1b-4b33-b949-a0afe78476af)
4.Install => failure (with 10 various trials)

It seems to be a bug in installation pack (it does not find ou PRJSVRM.MSI
that should have been extract from
ProjectServer2003MUI-KB837241-FullFile-FRA.msp …).
We get error 1603 ; in the logs we find :
