pb Office 10 en terminal serveur

Hi sir, I have en event log on my win 2000 terminal server
with the event number 1000 about Office 10 and the
description : Faulting application excel.exe, version
10.0.2614.0, faulting module excel.exe, version
10.0.2614.0, fault address 0x0056c3a2.
Can somebody help me ? I have'nt find any answer in the
knowledge base.
