Hi,

i've done a 2x2 table in a word document. The table has no borders.

Now i want to put a border in a part of a cell, with a color an
something like 2.5 pt but it always do a small and black one.

My table is like this:

________(*)__
| | |
|_____|_____|
| | |
|_____|_____|

And i want that (*) be colored and big and the others nothing.

Do you have an idea? Can you try this. I use Word XP 200

If you just want to change the color and weight of the lines, go to Format|Borders and Shading. Pick the width, style, and color of the line. Then, click on the line for the example cell shown to apply the border to that side of the cell, cells, or table selected.

Select the whoole tabe and use Format|Borders to remove all borders

Select just the one cell. Now, in the same way, make the changes you require
