Pb with dynamic formatting number on OWC 11 Chart

Hello,

Hello, I try to change dynamically the CurrentCulture of a OWC 11 chart.
But I've always a . as decimal separator. If I want to put a , as separator,
I've to change NetworkService international information in the registry and
restart IIS. This is not a completely dynamic solution

Note : NumberFormat= "### ###,##" and NumberFormat= "### ###.##" have no
effect.
