Hello, we have recently bought an imac for our office,
which is mainly PC's connected to a shared drive. When
trying to access PC Word documents on the Macintosh, some
of the documents will open and some of them will appear
to be opening, but no document is visible in any window.
This seems to happen whether or not opened through
clicking on the document or by going through file/open.
I'm baffled- you would think it would consistently refuse
to open PC Word files. Helllp!
