PDA changes clock times on my appointments

I post my appointments and times on my MS Outlook and it synchronizes everything onto my COmpaq IPAQ PDA but keeps changing the times of the appointment. I suspect it is an issue of Eastern Daylight savings time but cannot find anything to adjunct. All I can do is program GMT Eastern (US). HELP!!! I am being late for appointments.
