PDA-generated notes are 'blank' following sync to Handspring Prism

Office Vx to 10.1.5.

Successful sync with Handspring Visor Prism...
BUT... Notes generated with Palm OS appear as blank characters on my
ibook. Messages created on the Mac are fine. First time syncing ibook/
OSX/Entourage/Prism combo... ibook/OSX/Palm Desktop/Prism has
worked fine in past...

Any thoughts/solutions??
