PDA synchronization of custom Outlook Task form

I've created a custom form for Outlook Tasks. I'd like to get a PDA to
synchronize my home desktop computer with my office desktop computer, as well
as add, update and delete tasks directly on my PDA.

Are there a PDA and synchronization software that will do this?
