PDF Create Error message

I upgraded acrobat full from 5 to 6. Now everytime I open MS Word (2003) I
get an error message saying:

"The Create Adobe PDF Monitor Cannot be found. Please reinstall Create Adobe
PDF"

I know that I've seen this problem before but can't recall where to fix it.
Tried the Adobe list but no body answers questions over there.
