Pdf files cannot be viewed from other computers

I am having issues with others being able to view pdf files that are on my
website.
I am using FP 2003.
The pdf files were emailed to me and saved in my documents. I then dragged
the pdf files I wanted from my documents and put them into a file in FP.
I then made hyperlinks to those files.
I am able to view them and print these files from every computer in my house
(Windows XP). There are also others from other locations that can pull them
up. However, there are several that cannot. One person does use a Mac and
some that I know of are on a Windows version of some sort.

I am not a pro web builder don't know the first thing about html. I rely
solely on FP to write the language.

I just cannot figure out why some can view/print and others cannot.

Delete all the ones you dragged and dropped, then go to File > Import to get
the pdf files into frontpage properly, recreate your links, and republish.
