PDF files/printouts formatted differently than .xlsl documents

I'm having problem with the "Alignment" feature of cell formatting. I am wrapping text to multiple lines within the same cell, and the formatting doesn't look the same in the resulting PDF files or printouts as it wraps in different places on the PDF or print preview.

Shouldn't the PDF or print preview look identical to the document?

We've seen this happen at work. Check that you have the proper fonts
loaded that are specified in the spreadsheet.
