I have completed a financial overview involving several worksheets with one file name. I can save one sheet to a pdf (by save as pdf in the print dialogue box), but I cannot save all eight sheets into a single pdf. Any ideas? gss

Yes the version matters, because, in Excel2004. you can only make a Pdf
of the first sheet workbook.

I haven't tried anything in Excel2008 but in word 2008 You actually
create PDF's from the save as menu rather than the PDFMaker supplied by
adobe. And it does allow for inserted page Breaks. because the PDF's
are created directly in office.

Its possible that multiple sheets can be created 2008, But I haven't
tried it out yet.

so we need to know which version you have before someone can give a
decent answer.

If it's "fixed", don't "break it"!
