pdf format in access 2007

I have created a DoCmd.SendObject acReport command which includes the format
"PDFFormat(*.pdf)". Both the User and I are operating a 2003 version database
in an Office 2007 environment. It works fine on my system but not on the
user's, apparently giving him a "Format not supported" style error message.
Anybody got an idea why this is happening?
