PDF/hyperlinks

Hello,
This could just be an Adobe issue but wanted to post here anyway and see.
Created a PPT using PPT 2002 & then converted to PDF & links work no problem.
Upgraded to PPT 2007, made changes to the PPT & converted it again to PDF &
now the links do not work.
Tried converting the PPT to PPTX & then to PDF but links still do not work.
Any suggestions on a resolution?
