Hello,
I'm working with reports in my ms access system. Everything looks great
in the print preview, but ever since the beginning of making this
report a lot of 1 pixel lines seem to dissappear. And when i copy lines
that do appear they can't replace them. The problem is particulary with
vertical lines being 1 pt thick. I can't affort to make them any tigger
since the whole report is made out of a lot of colums and it would mess
up the layout..
- I read that it could be a dpi setting problem, but i've changed the
pdf printers dpi setting.
- Secondly i read that it's caused by MS, they don't create shapes they
just do a filling and as the filling is to small (no borders) it
sometimes won't show up in the pdf version.
Currently i'm using:
- Microsoft Access 2003
- Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Profesional
- The standard PDF print functionality/drive, wich comes with Adobe
Acrobat 6.0
Is there any solution for this since i'm sick and tired of replacing
and editing every line again again and again.. ( boss says yeh looks
great but i want it to be widther, boss says yes looks great but i need
a new colum etc. etc. you prolly know the deal )
ps. We have to use Adobe Acrobat for showing the pdf file.. sometimes
editing needs to be done afterwards with some of the reports. But i
wouldn't have any idea why this wouldn't be possible
Thanks for all of you answers and efforts in advance,
Tim
