Hi,
Is there an easy, automated way to print four reports into
one pdf file?

We make an Access module with a function to create a pdf file.
Unfortunatelly we didn't
add the feature to merge multiple files. I belive there are numerous
products out there that
can merge pdf files into one "pdfmerge" is I think the name of one I
remember.

So you can probably use our code to:
- run through a recordset etc.. or make 4 calls to create 4 pdf files
- make one call to an external "pdfmerge" type product to merge them into
one pdf file.

Check out our PDF and Mail Library for Access, PDF Pro or Pro Plus edition.
It allows you to output Access reports (and for the Pro Plus editions, Word
and Excel documents as well) to PDF files and then merge them into one PDF
for mailing, printing or archiving.
