PDF prints wrong into OneNote

Hi all,
when I print PDF slides (previously done in PowerPoint) into Onenote, I get
half of the background grey. This makes parts of the text very uncomfortable
to read - otherwise the printing works great, if I print the text-only PDF
document, there is not such "background coloring".
Are there some settings I could change ? I am working under Vista,
OneNote 2007, Adobe Reader 8.

Would be glad for help
