PDF render text box incorrectly Excel 2007 SP2

Since upgrading to SP2, Excel renders text boxes overlayed onto
spreadsheet incorrectly. Print preview gets it right, but when saved
as PDF it is misaligned.

I have a sample file that shows the problem.

There are more reports about problems with Sp2
I report it to MS two days ago

Have noticed the same issue. Any ideas when there will be a fix. All works
fine with any version prior to sp2. The text boxes basically don't resize
correctly when printing and stay at 100% instead of shrinking as necessary.

We are having the same problem, text boxes and charts not rendering
correctly when creating pdfs. I hope they come up with a solution
soon.

Nothing that help you or that I can share.

I try to replace the add-in from sp2 with the one from sp1 yesterday to test it
but it is not working like we want

Hi All,

I believe I have found a fix (workaround). The problem occurs when
your default printer is an actual printer with Windows drivers
loaded. Create a new local printer, using any printer model or make
in the add printer wizard (Control Panel > Printers) and set it as the
DEFAULT - call it Dummy or PDF etc. Don't print a test page,
obviously. Open the offending Excel document afresh and Save As...
PDF. The PDF should now display exactly as it appeared in Excel.

You will have to change the default printer to 'Dummy' when you want
to create the PDFs from excel docs with text boxes and pictures.
Regular excel docs PDF correctly.
