How can I save a PDF file as a Word file
Please explain in detail

You need to open the PDF file in a PDF file editor such as Adobe Acrobat
and then you export or "save as" a text file wich you can then open or
import into a Word file.

Easiest: With Adobe Acrobat (www.acrobat.com), File/Save As Word *.doc
format.

If this a one-time thing and you don't want to buy Acrobat, then copy
text from the PDF when viewing in the viewer, and paste into Word.
