PDF toolbar and Print Layout View and E-mailing

I have two problems that started just recently, one this morning. The PDF
toolbar just today has started showing up in EVERY document. I can close it,
and it will come right back after the next autosave. I followed the
directions for saving changes to Normal.dot and unclicked it as a toolbar,
but it's right there again, in everything.

Also, I have several documents that absolutely won't stay in Print Layout
View. I changed my Normal template to have Print Layout all the time (it was
already set that way, but I did it again) and still, those documents will not
retain Print Layout.

Third, some people who receive Word documents from me via e-mail can't open
them. (My apologies if this question is posted twice in the forum. I can't
find my original in here). I use Outlook Express, and don't understand why
this works for some but not others. If I try to save to Rich Text Format, I
*sometimes*, not always, get a file that says my browser doesn't support
frames. I have no idea what that's about, since I'm saving in Word.

Tell me there's a big old Service Pack coming out soon to fix all this!

Thanks!

Shirley

Almost certainly you have installed Acrobat V7 - which stops any setting
changes in Word being saved. I just hate Adobe. See
