PDF Toolbar

No matter how many times I close the PDF toolbar, it reapprears when I
launch Word. I have clicked the close box, unchecked it in the toolbar
list, and even deleted it from the toolbar list - but it reappears every
time. I', saving the changes to "Normal", so why does the PDF toolbar
keep reappearing?

If the Adobe PDF toolbar extension is in your applications' start-up
folders, whenever you launch one of the apps the PDF toolbar will appear. It
doesn't matter what you do elsewhere. Start-up items in the Start-up folders
"start up" because that what they are supposed to do. Move the toolbar
extensions from the start-up folders, and this behavior should stop.
