pdf & xps scaling issue

Using Vista & Excel 2007.
Spreadsheet includes standard Excel inserted shapes (lines.)
When printing & publishing to pdf or xps at 100% scaling, result is as
displayed.
When printing using any other scaling, result is as displayed.
When publishing to pdf or xps using any other scaling, inserted shapes are
absent or in the wrong place.

Are there any settings I can change to correct this?

For what it's worth, I have the same problem.
I have a spreadsheet that I have used for 2 years save as pdf was working
fine then it stopped working correctly with charts. Maybe after installing
SP?
